ILLUSTRATION
Every since I was a kid, Illustration has been one of my favorite things to do. I have an illustration minor and I am constantly trying new styles and learning new ways to approach drawing. I have experience with character design ideation and creation, illustrative poster design, illustrative logos, t-shirts and more!
DESIGN
Design is all around us. It is ever changing and always evolving. Some of my personal favorite things to design are social media graphics, package design, poster design and book design. I graduated from the College of Fine Arts and Design at the University of Central Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Graphic Design.
ABOUT ME
Hi There!
My name is Charissa Champion! I am a designer & Illustrator with a passion for people, creativity, and all things design. I have a Bachelor of Fine Arts and an illustration minor from the University of Central Oklahoma.
Why Design?
I am absolutely in love with design. I love the process, I love the outcome, I love every part of it. I love being able to make mine, and others, visions come true. Design is such an incredible tool and can be used to promote so many things; good or bad. I want to be a part of the good, innovative and creative side of design. The side where we are building people up, not tearing them down. My faith is something incredibly important to me, and I want everyone to know it when they see my work. My goal is to encourage others, spread the good news, and put smiles onto faces everywhere through design.
What about when you aren't designing?
When I am not designing or illustrating, (rare!) I am usually hanging out with friends, sewing, or gaming! Thrift or antique shopping also holds a special place in my heart.
